Exd. 20:1-3 Many are very faithful in their services unto God when they really needed Him to re write the script of their lives, when they needed Him to take them from prison to palace, from grass to grace, from pov erty to prosperity, from lack to green pasture and from being jobless to becoming a ceo. But as soon as their prayer is answered, they quickly become too comfortable to serve their deliverer. They make for themselves other gods in place of the Lord of lords, the merciful and faithful God. Some turn their jobs to a god or idol they are worshiping, for some, its their spouse, children, business, sleep, fashion, and all sorts of things. And they will tell you God understands.
